Our in house IT and technical teams design and develop customised software for every operation and every site we run. No two plants work the same way, so rather than force a generic maintenance package onto a shop floor, we build to how that floor actually operates, then refine it against live data from the site itself.
This is what separates us. It gives our teams and our customers the same view: live KPI and safety dashboards, digitised procedures and checklists, component life monitoring, consumption and inventory tracking under Total Maintenance Contracts, and predictive maintenance drawn from real plant data rather than a fixed schedule.
